With this, low-income families and senior citizens can gain access to high-speed internet service for the low price of $19.99 per month, plus taxes and fees.

Are You Eligible?
There are several groups of people eligible for Spectrum Internet Assist (SIA):
- Families that have at least one child who is part of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
- Families that have at least one child who is part of the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the
NSLP - Senior citizens who are age 65 or older and also receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Along with the above, it’s important to note that interested parties will not be denied service as the result of a poor credit score. The only requirement is that any debt incurred with Charter Communications, Bright House Networks, or Time-Warner Cable must be cleared to be eligible.
No credit requirement ensures that a large number of individuals will qualify for this low cost service.
What does it Cost?
As noted above, the basic cost of Spectrum Internet Assist (SIA) is $19.99 per month, plus taxes and fees.
This fee includes all standard internet features, a modem at no extra cost and free self-install.
Individuals who are interested in Wi-Fi are required to pay a $5 monthly fee for a wireless router. There is no activation fee for the router, and the price is guaranteed to remain the same in the future.
