When does team USA play?

The first matches in the World Cup always take place in the group play round. The 32 teams that qualified are split up into eight groups of four, and each team plays the other three teams in their group once. A country’s record in these games determines whether or not they move on to the next stage of the tournament. This is the full group play schedule for the USA:
